We accept all Australian health funds and process on-the-spot claims through HICAPS, so you only pay the gap on the day. We are also an official preferred provider for NIB and HCF, which may offer eligible members additional benefits. We also provide bulk billing for eligible DVA cardholders and for children aged 0–17 under the Child Dental Benefits Schedule. Rebate amounts vary by fund and level of cover, so we'd recommend checking your policy details, or ask our team to help confirm your cover before your appointment.
Our complimentary All-on-X consultation gives you the chance to sit down with our dentist, discuss your concerns and goals, and find out whether the treatment may be a suitable option for you. [Confirm current inclusions with the practice before publishing — e.g. whether X-rays/scans, a written treatment plan, or pricing estimate are included, as this affects what can be advertised as "free."] There's no obligation to proceed, and our team will walk you through the benefits, considerations, and next steps so you can make an informed decision.
Yes. Alongside on-the-spot health fund claims via HICAPS, we offer payment plan options including Afterpay, Zip, and Humm, so you can spread the cost of treatment. Availability and terms depend on the provider's own approval process and conditions.
You're not alone, and we're used to supporting nervous patients. We take time to listen to your concerns, explain each step before we begin, and let you set the pace, including taking breaks whenever you need one. For patients who'd like extra support, we also offer sedation options such as inhalation sedation (Happy Gas). Let our team know ahead of your visit so we can tailor your appointment to help you feel more comfortable.
